I ran a multilinear regression analyses. My R squared and Adjusted R squared values are the exact same. 0.14
I know that means that my model sucks in that it does not explain the variation in my dependent variable :(
I was expecting my R squared value to be at least a bit greater than my Adjusted R squared value. I also know that the Adjusted R square value is more reliable because it simply does not increase as more variables are added (this is opposite for the R squared value). But what does it mean if they are the exact same?
