I think its important for us to remember that the stakeholders are a huge part of the success of a certain thing/goal, this means that it's kind of important to know how to manage the relationship with them and that includes thinking of how certain decisions will affect that relationship (Baruah, A., 2021). I think one of the ways to maintain that relationship with the stakeholders is explaining why this decision or action is needed and what it will benefit in the long run, like is this going to prevent a bigger situation occurring in the end. In the article mentioned above (Baruah, A., 2021), it goes over 9 different ways you can use to work with difficult stakeholders and one of the most important in my opinion is probably constant communication and I say this because if you are always keeping them informed then it will lead to them possibly feeling relieved. There are many outside stakeholders when it comes to being a correction leader (i.e., courts, probation, different agencies.), its important to keep this in mind when making certain decisions/actions and how many of these different stakeholders it is going to affect so that you can keep everyone
