I thoroughly enjoy making presentations mainly for the editing process. It is always fun to make the attention-grabbing transitions and sounds, if applicable. It is true that the information that someone has to insert, may not be anywhere near as fun or interesting, but it is necessary to make sure the audience has the necessary information. To be sure that the reception is loud and clear, I would focus on making sure there are speaker notes. Anything that cannot fit on the screen, can be read aloud because they still have to know the proper information. I would also focus on bolding words or changing font sizes for the key points. All information is critical, but you can always summarize in large, bold fonts. An example could be that if a presentation screen is about statistics and there are multiple percentages over the years, a bar graph with the average numbers from the most recent years could be in the center in larger and darker than the rest. I could ask for any questions or comments after the presentation. There is always room for improvement and making sure that the audience knows how appreciated feedback is, is key. As
