Gel electrophoresis results in Lane 1 showing a ladder of proteins with known molecular weights. Lane 2 shows TGF in the presence of -mercaptoethanol. Lane 3 shows TGF- in the absence of mercaptoethanol. How many bands would you expect in Lane 2?
