I want a python program that reads multiple lines of the input files. It will break at a point and starts again it finds a character.

Input file:

$$$$ 9253 -OECm-0128122D 26 26 0 1 0 0 0 0 0999 V2000 M END 9253 > 2 S_ROTATABL $$$$ 123123 -OC-0122D 26 26 0 1 0 0 0 0 0999 V2000 M END 123123 > 2 S_ROTATABL Output file will star with $$$ and end with the number. Output will look like this: $$$$ 9253 -OECm-0128122D 26 26 0 1 0 0 0 0 0999 V2000 M END 9253 $$$$ 123123 -OC-0122D 26 26 0 1 0 0 0 0 0999 V2000 M END 123123
