I want to construct cpu power modeling. There are $4$ cores and this is the data for core$1.$ but i am not familiar using excel in python. How to construct the power modeling with python and as you can see in the picture below, there are also various frequency value. do i need to calculate for each frequency? help us finding the beta value of cpu in linear regression too
