I want to create a JNI program that perform the Caesar

Cipher. with three native method

First native method:

$$ Create a character array that content is provided from the user

$$ Output: original character array

$$ Second native method:

$$ Input: original character array and key

$$ Perform the Caesar Cipher encryption

$$ Output: encrypted character array

$$ Third native method:

$$ Input: encrypted character array and key

$$ Perform the Caesar Cipher decryption

$$ Output: decrypted character array
