I want to make sure I am correct. When looking at the table S4

SMNKOA total score is B is the estimated regression coefficient: (SE) is standard error -1.72 (0.40) and 95% CI is lower and upper confidence -2.52, -0.92 on the P = value for overall test is < 0.01

So reliability is based on the SE -1.72 or is it the CI = -2.52, -0.92?

Validity is based on the P-value of <0.01 which helps determine whether the relationship observed in a sample will exist in a larger population.
