I want to write python script in 3.4 or 3.6

First file in CSV has four columns and 500 records. The second file has only one colum and 500 records.

I want to combine all these coulmms and records in new CSV file. See bleow the example

First file has four columns and 500 records.

James	Eng	CA	20000
steve	Student	TX	1500
Ramo	Account	WA	15000
Jena	Eng	CA	25000
Jone	Student	TX	1200
Lara	Student	MO	1000

Second file has only one colum and 500 recrods in CSV file 1 2 1 1 2 1

The new file3 in CSV

The result should be like that combine file 1 with file 2

James	Eng	CA	20000	1
steve	Student	TX	1500	2
Ramo	Account	WA	15000	1
Jena	Eng	CA	25000	1
Jone	Student	TX	1200	2
