I want you to write a program that prints the Intro comment block that I always expect you to have at the beginning of your code.

BUT, the task should be done by means of a function. i.e. in the main() function you ask student name, class, course, and the purpose of the program, then you should pass this information to a function to print out a very nice Intro comment block.

So here is the function prototype:
