I would develop a training program in the United States for an international position that involves learning and adaptation. I would consider language first courses in that area will help the manager become fluent in Spanish if you will, and it includes speaking, listening, reading, and writing exercises. Its also important to focus on business terminology and common phrases. I would educate my team on the countries cultural values, traditions, and social norms. Making sure how they greet each other, dress codes, whether its casual, business professional, and or business casual, body language gestures, and facial expressions, such as close nearness and hand gestures, direct eye contact, light touching on the arm or shoulder which shows being friendly, and expressing facial expressions which conveys emotion
