identify a problem $($i$.$e$.$ no orientation or onboarding process, retention issues, poor sales, etc.$)$ within their organization or another one and develop a strategy to address that problem through a new innovative concept. During this process, a recommendation or list of recommendations should be made to improve this identified organizational problem. Students will explore leading innovation theories and apply that to the scope of their project.
