Assignment Introduction:

For this Assignment, you will take the first step in the process improvement process by identifying an institutional or community healthcare leader. You will contact the selected leader and request a meeting with them to discuss current challenges they are facing in their role/organization and process/issues that would benefit from review and process improvement efforts.

Assignment Directions:

To complete this assignment you will submit the following: 1) Name, title, contact information for your chosen leader, 2) evidence that a meeting was requested, 3) name, title, and contact information of an alternate leader, and 4) list of proposed questions you will ask/discuss during your meeting. You professor will review the objectives and desired outcomes of this meeting during seminar. If you are unable to identify a leader your Professor can help connect you with an appropriate advisory member.
