After identifying the operational problem and explaining each step in the process, critically analyze each step and explain if things could have been done differently and how that might have resulted in a better outcome. Discuss decision-making models that were followed and demonstrate the ability of the human brain to reason and draw conclusions with sometimes incorrect or incomplete information.
