Identify and describe the process that, in your experience, is inefficient at the university you studied. It should be a process in which you participated, e.g. student recruitment, onboarding, obtaining material from the Dean's Office, writing a bachelor thesis, publication of a study (if you co-authored), etc.

Draw a map of the inefficient process. Make sure you include activities, inputs/outputs for each activity, and persons/organizational units involved.

Explain: why is it important to make this process more efficient? Indicate how the inefficiency of this process hinders the execution of the university's strategy

Assess potential losses due to inefficiency in this process. Change the process to make it work properly, using guidelines for process re-enrineering.

Draw a map of the re-enrineered process.

Explain what has changed and why. Note for a tutor: it can be based on your experience no worries and you don't have to name any particular place.
