Identify and discuss a problem area in your workplace.

a. How can the situation be changed? Look at all levels of management, environmental factors, staff training, and other aspects of the workplace that require change.

b. In your description of the problem and the possible solutions, utilize the various management principles and concepts that we've discussed in class.

c. Develop an organizational chart describing all functions and lines of reporting for the personnel in your department/ organization.
