This Procedure applies to all local and foreign business travels.

Procedures

1. All travels may be approved in advance by HR department and direct manager of the employes.
2. The employee wil prepare an estimation of the costs and lime of the travel before the trip.
3. The traveler is expected to pay out of hishher pocket and claim for the amount al the time the travel is finished.
4. All costs must have an invoice and you should prepare an explanation letter for each cost item.
5. If an employee stops a business travel or changes the route for personal purposes, the costs must be paid.
