A task force is being set up in order to better understand the causes behind a rise in homelessness in a community. The number of unhoused individuals has risen by 25 percent over the previous five years. Currently, a limited number of churches and community organizations are able to provide food, clothing, and housing for those in need; however, the need for those resources far exceeds the available supply.
