Identifying Stakeholders

After you have completed CP Task 8.1, you should have a pretty good idea of the role of stakeholders in a problem. Considering the topic of your Final Project that is Green Supply Chain practices for Competitive Advantage in the FMCG industry, who are all of the stakeholders in the problem you have chosen to address? Do some research to help you discover the scope of the stakeholders. Be sure to cite your sources. Then respond to the follow questions. You can respond using a word document, a graph/chart, PowerPoint or any other kind of media ( even a video if you wish). If any of the information you provide comes from research, be sure to properly cite your sources.

1. Who are the stakeholders in the problem you have chosen for your Final Project?

2. What roles do these stakeholders have in the problem?

3. Which of these stakeholders are affected by the problem and which contribute to it? Explain.

Your responses to these questions will become part of your Final Report.
