He showed John and Mary a presentation with charts and other data demonstrating the likely success of the new strategy. Un-known to John and Mary, Paul had been running behind schedule for putting to-gether the presentation and had made up some of the data he included. John and Mary approved the new marketing strategy, which DSI implemented. Unfortunately, imple-menting the strategy caused DSIs profits to drop drastically.
