There are two types of files: 1. regular doc, PDF files and other documents with the sizes up to 10 Mb. They have to be shared across the company and can be amended frequently during the first month after creation. After one month most of these files are requested much less frequently. It is desired however to have these files safely stored in some archive for a couple of years. 2. calibration images with the sizes from 0.2-0.5 Gb. They are requested not frequently and quite irregularly. As they occupy quite a lot of space it is desired to use as cheap as possible storage for them. For all the files the following requirements are valid: A. The company still wants to have the most recent data stored in its data center as well. B. There are some sensitive data, so you have to guarantee that the access can be secured. C. No regular user can delete the files. D. The employees in the US must get a faster access to the data.
