If someone could just help we with a topic this is for a paper that is due tonight and I am really struggling with a topic to write about. As soon as I get a topic I think I will be ok to write the rest.

Integrative Negotiations. Explore a negotiation in which you recently engaged or are about to engage (i.e., before the end of the semester), and share your reflections on how successful you feel the negotiation was and your effectiveness in negotiating an integrative outcome. To assist you, consider the suggestions in the Personal Growth Exercise in Chapter 11 to identify appropriate negotiation to attempt and on which to write a reflection paper.

As you negotiate, be sure to evaluate the situation using the seven elements as described in the chapter. Also, after concluding the negotiation, assess how successful you were in meeting or exceeding your BATNA. Did you achieve it? How did your efforts compare to what you have managed to achieve in the past under similar circumstances when you did not utilize the integrative negotiation process? Further details regarding integrative negotiation are provided in Chapters 11 and 12 of the text.

Criteria: The paper must contain a minimum of three in-text references from sources that support your conclusions, reflections and observations. All references should conform to APA style for referencing your work. Your references may be taken from: books, periodicals, journals, or lectures. However, all references must be from credible sources. You may include The Conflict Survival Kit as one of your references.

The paper must be 1300-1500 words in length (not including your title page and reference page. The paper should be in APA format and contain correct grammar, punctuation and spelling. It is highly recommended that you have someone who is knowledgeable about spelling and grammar proofread your paper before submitting it. The paper is to be submitted as a Word Document.
