If you find a problem difficult because you can't figure out how to get from "here" to "there", focus on writing a unit map. Identify what was "given" and what you "want" and how they are related, what unit do they have in common. Don't be afraid to explore some possibilities, if you don't get the right units at the end, simply try again. Sometimes just putting in the units without any numbers helps you identify the missing pieces of information that you need to know. After finding the correct path for the units, then try inserting the numbers. You might be thinking . . . "Can I show a bunch of one-step conversions instead of writing out a long, multi-step conversion?"
