what you think the interviewer will do with the information.

how you feel about revealing the information requested.

all of these.

hobbies or miscellaneous experiences that are relevant to the job.

any health problems or disabilities you have, whether or not they may affect your job performance.

your age, marital status, race, color, religion, and national origin, which are required by law.

any experience in the military, whether or not it has a bearing on the job
