$1)$ accepts one external input

$2)$ has three Binary outputs R$,$G$,$B representing red, green and blue LEDs

$3)$ when input is $1$ it will cycles through red, green, yellow $($Red$\backslash$&Green$)$ and Blue. when input is $0$ it reverses and cycles through blue, yellow, green and red.
