the stakeholder analysis tools to analyze how you need to think about stakeholders/stakeholder groups of above Website Analysis/Development . Options to use include the Power-influence grid, or one of the other tools presented in the material ( or feel free to do your own research!). Decide which one will give you the best insight into what to expect if you end up executing your project. If you don't know names of specific stakeholders, you may identify them by role names ( like "business owner") or develop stakeholder "personas" and use fictional names.

Start by creating a Stakeholder Register. THINK about what information you need to provide for the project; You will not all need every column you see in the examples/templates in the material provided to you. Focus on the information you need.

Include in this submission the Stakeholder Register, and either a powerpoint presentation or an executive summary that explains the choices made for the columns and format of your register. Explain how you would use the information in the register.

In this assignment:

Depth of thought rubric will relate to how complete you are in identifying ALL of the stakeholders in your register and what their roles/responsibilities will be in the project. It will also be based on the rationale for why you chose the stakeholder analysis tool that you used. Be sure to explain this in terms of how the tool fits this use.

Tools and techniques will relate to how well you format and present your submission deliverables. They should be professional and useful for your to-be Project Plan.

Dave's Cycles Stakeholder Register I used the power/interest analysis for the stakeholder register for Dave's Cycle. I chose the columns and format for my register since it organized the data efficiently. I used blue to create a user-friendly appearance. Blue relays trust and security, which are important pieces I want my stakeholders to feel for this project. I can clearly see the stakeholders name and contact information, which is a critical piece to communicate with them. I included a score of 1 being the least to 5 being the most influential in power and interest. I carefully scored them using these criteria: High power/high interest- - Biggest decision makers and biggest impact on success - Expectations are high priority High power/low interest- - Need to stay satisfied Low power/high interest- - Sufficiently informed - May offer helpful tips and details Low power/low interest- - Monitor them - Don't communicate often The stakeholders are everyone impacted by the website redesign. The most influential stakeholders are the customer, IT group, and the marketing department, since they came up with the highest scores. Some of them are skeptical of technology and some are risk tolerant to spending a lot of money in order to hopefully make a lot more. The engagement strategy is derived from examining the power and interest data. Everyone will be engaged with email, so that will be used more often. I need to make sure to get a response from the memo or email I sent to every stakeholder. They need to agree to everything I recommend. The analysis I chose identifies the key people that I want to win over. This allows me to gain support from the powerful stakeholders, which will help me gain more resources. The opinions of them also help form the website redesign at an earlier stage to increase success
