III. Design a simplified P&ID for a chemical mixing process.

Two chemicals, A and $B,$ are stored in separate tanks $($T$-101$ and T$-102).$

The chemicals are pumped $($P$-101$ and P$-102)$ at controlled flow rates $($FCV$-101$ and FCV$-102)$ into a mixing tank $($T$-103).$

The mixed product exits the tank through a pipe and is cooled by a heat exchanger $($E$-101)$ before being sent to a storage tank $($T$-104).$

Level indicators $($LI$-101,$ LI$-102,$ and LI$-103)$ are placed on each tank to monitor liquid levels.

A pressure relief valve $($PRV$-101)$ is installed on the mixing tank $($T$-103)$ for safety purposes.
