IKE #1 - Business Case Report

For this exercise, you are a systems analyst that is presenting a project to your clients approval committee. Before this project is put under consideration by the sponsor, you must present a convincing business case to justify the work.

For the context of your case you will need to do a little research. Investigate a business, any business, about which you can find documented information which give you the context for an IS development project. Be sure to identify your business and include some background in your report for appropriate strategic alignment. Thoroughly describe the system development project you recommend and why.
