I'm completing my assignment for my MAT-240 class. In my case, y=146.55x + 162678. My correlation coefficient {r} is 0.978486 and my r-squared is 0.957661. The question is asking me to determine the the value of the land only. It also says, "Note:You can assume, when the square footage of the house is zero, that the price is the value of just the land. This happens whenx=0, which is they-intercept." What I got from this tutor, they are saying that the value of land would be the y-intercept (162678)?
