I'm creating a basic system flow chart in a logical model for my engineering requirements document.

I'm currently writing this document as if I'm creating a patient care system for a physician.

1. Add a new section titled System Design Models after the System Requirements section 2. Create a Basic System Flowchart (use any flowchart tool such as MS Visio, MS Word, or even Paint) 3. The diagram should show the inputs, processes, and outputs 4. The diagram should show conditional branching such as New or Existing Patient?, Payment Amount Received?, Payment bounced?, and any aspect of the visit 5. Label this diagram Logical Model and include it in the System Design Models section

*Will someone please be kind enough to create a detailed example flow chart for me so I have a visual representation of what to create for my assignment this week, following the recommendations above?*
