I'm doing a lab report for a oxygen mass transfer experiment. The experiment was completed in a bio reactor using only water for 6 runs then yeast is added. I recorded the dissolved oxygen levels every 30 seconds until it reached a constant. I need to convert my dissolved oxygen percent to mg/l in order to find the volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient. This is a bio engineering course, someone please help!
