Pedestrian not intoxicated: 70

driver intoxicated: 63

70 divided by 984= 0.07113821

63 divided by 984= 0.06402439

0.07113821 + 0.06402439= 0.1351626. Round to one decimal place= 13.5 %. This is the wrong answer. Please help!
