Im still evaluating NVivo and ATLAS.ti computer-assisted qualitative data analysis (CAQDAS) software. ATLAS.ti is a computer-assisted qualitative data analysis (CAQDAS) software that facilitates qualitative data analysis for my qualitative research. I like the wide variety of data supported by ATLAS.ti, such as text, graphical, audio, video, and geospatial format. Additionally, ATLAS.ti allows me to locate, code tagging, and annotate features within bodies of unstructured data and offers visualization functions. ATLAS.ti supports exporting in XML format to provide a cross-platform interface to facilitate academic collaboration. ATLAS.ti has powerful Search features allowing me to search the data for specific words, phrases, or concepts.

From what Ive experienced with NVivio so far, it can help me organize, analyze and find insights in unstructured or qualitative data like interviews, open-ended survey responses, journal articles, social media, and web content, where deep levels of analysis on small or large volumes of data are required. However, it lacks the AI functionality of ATLAS.ti. While evaluating both CAQDAS software solutions, Im leaning towards ATLAS.to for my final selection.
