I'm trying to set up my problem to determine the statistical significance of my results. I want to know if people will decrease use of aspartame in their tea after I have provided information to them about how bad aspartame is for their health. I have completed 40 observations before the intervention and 40 after the intervention.

Before intervention 17 times aspartame was used out of 40 tea drinks

After intervention 9 times aspartame was used out of 40 tea drinks
