I'm using a Harvard simulation for a new product, the bike. The simulation runs for two years and is divided into eight quarters. Each quarter there are several departments (Brand Management, Pricing, Sales Channels, Advertising, Buying, Market Research) and I work as Vice President of Advertising. Note that the simulation takes place between 5 competitors.
