Implement project quality improvements on two projects.

BENCHMARKS
Review the processes and implement changes continually that might be required, eg:

• defining the problem

• identifying the causative factors

• presenting and analysing multiple solutions and selecting the most appropriate one

• implementing the chosen solution

• reviewing to determine the success of a solution

Review the projects outcomes against the performance requirements from the project plan.

Identify the lessons learned and improvements and record them in the project management system.
