Implement the C&H Handbag Integer Programming $($IP$)(20$ points$)$

We have formulated the C&H handbag IP problem in class. The attached Excel file

provides a template of the model formulation.

Your tasks are as follows:

$$ First, go over the model formulation in lecture slides and the template file to

understand the model formulation

$$ Second, solve the IP problem using Excel Solver: determine which regions to locate

an additional DC $($$C$$37$:$G$$37),$ and determine which DC serves which region

$($by changing $C$$28$:$G$$32)$ to minimize the total shipping time.

o Hint: In the Solver Parameters window, you$$ll need to set the objective,

select Min, and fill out the decision variables cells and constraints according

to the case study problem and the model formulas in the Excel file.

o You may use the attached model formulation template or design your own

solution in Excel Solver
