Implement the PLA algorithm using Java

Generate linearly separable data using at least 20, preferably 30 points with two features, it is not required that the points be evenly divided between the positive and negative class.

Run and test the code.

Please show working code with explanations to help me understand how to implement my own. I understand that python is typically better for machine learning, but I never learned to use python so it would help me the most if I saw this in a language I can understand.
