Implement the Wind Chill Factor $($WCF$)$ APP using Matlab APPAppDesigner. The WCF

describes chill effect induced by wind. It is calculated as:

$WCF=35\mathrm{.}74+0\mathrm{.}6215T-35\mathrm{.}75(V^{0\mathrm{.}16})+0\mathrm{.}4275T(V^{0\mathrm{.}16})$

where the air temperature $T$ is in Fahrenheit and wind speed $V$ is in miles per hour $($mph$).$

Requirements:

$(1)$ Your GUI should look the same as the example below $($axes with grids, red curve with

linewidth of $3)$;

$(2)$ When the App starts, a default plot should show with the following parameters: air

temperature of $30$ degrees Fahrenheit, and wind speed $($x$-$axis$)$ from $0mph$ to $100mph.$

These values should show in three numerical Edit Fields.

$(3)$ A user can change these parameters and the plot will update accordingly.
