Implement Training and Development

While being observed by your assessor, implement the training and development needed by the project team.

You must implement training and development for a minimum of three project team members. Not all project team members will require both training and development, but training and development must be implemented a minimum of two times each.

You will be assessed on:

$$ Practical skills relevant to implementing training and development for project teams

Before starting this task, review the Workplace Assessment Task $2\mathrm{.}2$ Observation Form provided along with this workbook. This form lists all the practical skills you need to demonstrate while completing this task.

Your assessor will also:

$$ Organise workplace resources required for you to complete this assessment.

$$ Discuss with you the practical skills listed in the Observation Form prior to the assessment.

$$ Address your queries and concerns regarding this task.

After completing this task, submit the following to your assessor:

$$ Copies of the training and development plans that you implemented

You must submit training and development plans for a minimum of three project team members. There must be a minimum of two training plans and two development plans.

$$ Copies of project documents that you accessed and reviewed, e$.$g$.$ the project$$s approved human resource management plan, project staff assignments, etc.

$$ Copies of evidence that the members of the project team completed training or development programs, e$.$g$.$ certifications of completion, attendance records for the programs, etc.
