A virtual waiting queue, also known as a virtual line or digital queue, is a system used by

businesses and organizations to manage customer flow and reduce physical waiting times. Unlike

traditional waiting lines where customers physically stand in line, a virtual waiting queue operates

digitally, allowing customers to join a queue remotely through various channels such as mobile

apps, websites, or kiosks. Once in the queue, customers receive updates on their position and

estimated wait times through notifications, text messages, or visual displays.
