Assignment Description

For this assignment, I$\text{'}$d like you to propose your very own corporate entrepreneurial project for your own organization, building on all that you have learned in this course.

This project could be for your team, your line of business $$ or even for another part of the organization. You may build on the earlier ideas that you developed through the class assignments for inspiration, or you could choose an entirely new field.

Assignment Structure

Your assignment will contain three parts $($deliverables$)$:

A Business Model Canvas: Your Canvas should cover your corporate entrepreneurship project with as much information as you can find, and especially highlight $($using different colors$)$ existing resources leveraged from the corporate infrastructure versus the elements new to the specific project. It should be clear how your project proposal fits to the existing organization, what capabilities$/$resources$/$ activities$/$etc$.$ you build upon, and what unique and novel elements you bring as part of your project suggestion.

One Corporate Entrepreneurial Pitch: You should develop a short $($max $5$ min$)$ pitch that clearly articulates your CE project proposal to the best possible individual within the organization. You should hence clearly indicate to which individual$($s$)$ you are pitching and why. This will require you to research the right person$/$role inside of the organization and tailor your pitch toward them. Please specifically refer to the syllabus videos on pitching for tips. One Corporate Entrepreneurial Report: Your report must be at least one page in text to cover the proposal $($A$4,$ Times and New Roman $12,$ Singlespaced,$1-$inch Margin$).$ The appendix can be separate. Please read the detailed guidelines below.
