In HVAC that can be dangerous as well as sloppy. That's not a good look for the company and on yourself. Always take your time and make sure the job is done correctly. It's not a race. If I want my coworkers and clients to trust me$,$ I$\text{'}$d just be consistent. Show them that every job I attend to will be done the right way everytime. Show them through your work. If I need to feel put a company's work ethic, I'll sit back and see the communication and teamwork. If everybody is in tune with one another, then that's the first step to success. I get not everyone is going to like each other. But to be real, jobs weren't created to make friends. As long as we come together with hard work, job gets done, and everybody gets home safely. That shouldn't be an issue. In my field, professionalism comes from being able to please the customers. Companies get a lot of customer referrals from prior customers. If you can make a good impression on a job, then it's likely they will pass your name on to people who need help with their furnace, A$/$C$,$ water heater, etc. Which leads to more business. Which then leads to more commission. Always treat the customer with outstanding customer service. You catch more flies with honey than you do vinegar. $"$
