In a non-government organization, the newly-hired supervisor has difficulty dealing with his staff. Medy, who is not fluent in speaking the language of the place would prefer to work alone. Ariel, who is a member of the LGBT community, felt he is being isolated by some of his co-workers, while John's religious affiliation prohibits him from working and joining activities on Saturdays. On the other hand, some senior and retirable lady employees do not like the way the younger lady employees dress up.
