In a pretest, data was obtained from 120 students on their satisfaction toward e-learning on a 7-point scale where 1 = Very Unfavourable and 7 = Very Favourable.

The respondents also provided the rating for whether they agree their teacher have the following quality or not:

1) Variable "A" (1 = Strongly Disagree, 7 = Strongly Agree),

2) Variable "B" (1 = Strongly Disagree, 7 = Strongly Agree), and

3) Variable "C" (1 = Strongly Disagree, 7 = Strongly Agree).

Variable "A" = Use humor in teaching

Variable "B" = Give a lot of assignments

Variable "C" = Good technology skills

With the data collected, Dr Tian ran a test to see if there were significant relationships between A, B, C and satisfaction toward e-learning.
