Question:
Now, the owners want to automate the running of the motors. They have bought two float switches one for each water tank (let us call the float switches UG and OH). The switches read logic high (1) when the tank level is full, and read logic low (0) when the tank level is low. Design a combinational circuit with the below specs:
• If the overhead tank is full, no motor runs.
• If the overhead tank is low, and the underground tank has received CDA water, pump C runs.
• If the overhead tank is low, and the underground tank has not received water, pump B runs.
• There is also a bypass switch (BP) which if it is logic high (1) causes pump B to run, regardless of the water levels in the two tanks.
