Question: In addition to chapter 5 itself being a resource, another great resource is Harvard Business Review's ( HBR ) 1 0 Must Reads on Change

In addition to chapter 5 itself being a resource, another great resource is "Harvard Business Review's (HBR)10 Must Reads on Change Management". Two versions are attached above. Also, the case study refers to 5 components but there are only four components.
This case study is located in your main textbook "Management for the Health Information Professional" beginning on page 100. It is located at the end of Chapter 5, Change Management in HIM. Be sure to carefully read the case. The scenario explains the situation. Again, read this carefully.
Be sure to understand figure 5.6 on page 101. These are the results of an employee satisfaction survey. Some things you will want to look at closely:
Under each managers name is N= What does that mean?
An acceptable score for each of the survey sections is 3.5. Anything below that is considered low and needs to have an action. Which items fall into this category?
Which areas is each manager responsible for?
What does section of survey in column one mean? The bullet items at the top of the page explains each of these items. These items are judging how the employees feel about each area. Your focus for you action item (column 2 on the template) should focus around these areas.
Review the assumptions. You may also be creative and make any other assumptions about the HIM Department and the organization that you want. The assumptions in the book will help you to complete some of the items in your table.
Review the deliverables:
Deliverable number 1 corresponds to column 1 in your table
Deliverable 2 corresponds to column 2 and 3 in your table
Deliverable 3 corresponds to column 4 in your table
Deliverable 4 corresponds to column 5 in your table
