Second, reflect on the challenges you personally faced in completing the simulation, Then search for root causes that may have affected the challenges you faced. Finally, write up an action plan based upon the lessons learned from your reflection on the simulation for your countrys leadership as a plan for the future so that you have the potential to achieve a better outcome than you experienced in the simulation.
