In C

Create a function that determines the range of outliers in an array.

What is an outlier?

An observation point that is distant from other observations.

In other words, is something in the array not like the others?

How do you find an outlier?

Lots of methods. We are going to use standard deviation.

+3 and -3 standard deviations from the mean should represent 99% of the population. Anything outside of that is an outlier.

So what is the assignment?

Write a function that outputs the +3 and -3 standard deviation

Your function MUST use pass by reference. You output TWO values

Value at +3 standard deviations and at -3 standard deviations

Your function is doing the following steps

Take in an array and size

Calculate the mean and standard deviation

Calculate +3 standard deviation (mean + (3 * stddev))

Calculate -3 standard deviation (mean (3 * stddev))

Dont forget to use Pass by Reference

You will lose points if you do not do so.
