in C++ Enter a string through the keyboard (for end press Ctrl+A). From the characters of the string create a binary search tree and traverse it in preorder, inorder, postorder and level order. Then, find the average ASCII code of all the characters in the tree (i.e. the sum of all the ASCII codes in the tree, divided with number of nodes in the tree). If an empty string is entered, then don't print the tree, its traversals or the average ASCII code, but instead only print a message that the tree is empty.
